Yoga en el Otoño

El miércoles pasado, le dimos la bienvenida oficial al otoño

Y Athleta dió su última clase gratuita de 

yoga en Bryant Park 

Agustina me invito por que le encanta 

respirar ese aire de paz emitido por 

los yoguis y me encantó 

Hasta la primavera Athleta! 

Autumn made it's special debut last Wednesday 

And Athleta said till next time to it's free yoga classes in Bryant Park which resume in the spring

Agustina invited me because of the 

awesomeness of the good vibes felt 

when you get there
